It's a quiet little paradise.
After spending the morning walking on the wild beach to breathe salt air, cycling, the Ars-en-Ré market to find the fish of the last tide.
The idea, to find some sardines to prepare in escabèche, to make a flounder with the coriander and some oysters to gratinate of the Corre Family.
I have in my luggage two bottles of an original white wine SIRENES, coming from Catalonia, appellation Costers del Segre, whose label is an ode to the woman.
Eclatant, nose scented citrus zest and honeysuckle, delicate finesse despite a wide mouth. A wonder !
